About The Opportunity
As a Personal Assistant/Administration professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational aspects of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organising schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assisting with client communications and inquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining and updating client records and documentation
- Preparing reports and presentations using MS Office applications
- Coordinating and supporting various administrative tasks as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in the financial planning industry or a related field (desirable)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Live close to the office in Boronia
You will also have:
- A flexible mindset to handle various tasks as part of a small team
- A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
