Sales Support Administrator - Toowoomba
Permanent opportunity!
Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our dealer network
- Deliver admin support to your team in sales, operations or tech support
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation
- Handle enquiries, quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders etc.
- Assist with inventory, freight bookings and documentation, reports and communications
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of the business
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Relevant experience within the shipping/logistics industry will be highly regarded
- Experience using Microsoft BC Dynamics highly regarded.
To be successful you must have met the following requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in Asia/Pacific region within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- National Police Clearance Certificate is required for successful candidate prior to commencing role.
- Permanent work rights with no restrictions
