About the Role:

The position of Care Manager is a critical operations role at Direct Care Resources. The Care Manager’s responsibility is managing care planning and practice for our clients and Support Workers in order to deliver the highest standard of care to those who need it most.

• Overseeing clinical care, ensuring client’s health and wellbeing are maintained while meeting KPI targets
• Coordinate and apply workforce management across Support Worker team, working closely with centralised rostering for shift placement and movement
• Coordination of team meetings and staff training within budgets and requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation to meet legal, funding and compliance requirements

About You:

• Degree qualifications in either Psychology, Nursing, Human Services, Social Work, Special Education or similar fields. Postgraduate qualifications would be highly regarded
• Previous management experience, ideally within the NDIS industry
• Committed to leading, directing and working as part of a team
• Possess or willing to obtain drivers licence, NDIS workers screening check and proof of Covid19 vaccination
