As a Senior Analyst, you will:

Take the lead in financial modelling, capital transaction support, and investment due diligence. You will work closely with our innovative development team to evaluate and assess advanced development projects, model and review capital stack solutions and support credit reviews and venture capital research. Your analytical skills will aid in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, risks, and market trends, driving success and innovation at Jinding. In addition, you will:

• Assess market opportunities and emerging trends in property development and investment;
• Review project feasibility models for consistency with the Jinding template and approved assumptions, including auditing and cross-checking for accuracy;
• Conduct capital stack modelling, financial scenario analysis, and benchmarking of projects to justify outliers;
• Prepare variance reporting, articulate variances, and create Information Memorandums for financing transactions;
• Support the Capital Team in managing financing transactions, including ITS reviews, modelling submissions, and assessing commercial teams;
• Manage Conditions Precedent and Subsequent for financial transactions while maintaining financial reporting across business divisions;
• Assist the development team with Business Plans, setting annual budgets, and conducting credit assessments and due diligence for financing, investment, and lending opportunities; and
• Research and evaluate potential venture capital opportunities and assess market trends in property development and investment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of capital structures and ability to model financial scenarios
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and capital analysis – experience in modelling capital stack solutions is essential
• Strong numerical skills and experience in Estate Master and Excel
• Ability to create, manage, and analyse project feasibility
• Experience in conducting due diligence and credit assessments
