About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst role who will play an integral role in the development of a new Policy Administration System. Working alongside multiple Business Analysts assigned to different projects, you will be delivering within an established agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to align priorities, manage the product backlog, and oversee implementation
• Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
• Provide strategic insights for system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, support business reporting, and create comprehensive documentation
• Effectively manage key internal and vendor stakeholders

About You

• You will be an experienced Technical Business Analyst with over 3 years + hands on experience ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
• Experienced working previously as Developer or QA would be a plus
• Background working on the development of a Policy Administration System
• Well versed in Agile delivery
• Self motivated, proactive and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experienced in managing multiple key vendors simultaneously
