• Employment Term: Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities
• Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility in Queensland
• Remuneration: $41.66 - $53.56 p/hr (based on experience) permanent base rate + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 + Penalties & Allowances

Incentives:

• $2,000 Sign-on bonus payable at 3 months of continuous employment
• Retention bonuses of up to $5,000 ($2,500 payable at 6 & 12 months of continuous employment)
• Re-location assistance of up to $5,000, for candidates re-locating from interstate

As a Registered Nurse, provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

• General nursing experience, post-registration (preferably in Aged Care)
