• Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring quality control and smooth operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance, including safety protocols.
• Time management and prioritisation skills to efficiently handle tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent organisational skills for smooth workflow and operational effectiveness.
• Outstanding people skills, including personal rapport-building abilities with both customers and colleagues.
• Ability to train apprentices and provide them with proper support and mentorship.
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
