Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist with financial planning, audit preparation, and risk management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Committed to ongoing professional development.

• Education: Business/Commerce degree with an Accounting major (CA or equivalent desirable).
• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role with hands-on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance experience.
