Sequoia Lodge is Mt Lofty Estate's latest ultra luxury offering, featuring spring feed hot pools, a helipad, breath taking views of Piccadilly valley, this 14 suite boutique retreat is set to be, not only Australia’s, but one of the world’s iconic retreats. Just 15 minutes from the CBD, we are nestled in the famous Adelaide Hills wine region, surrounded by over 300 cellar doors and botanic gardens, overlooking the stunning Piccadilly Valley, it simply sounds too good to be true!

The Role

This will be a hands-on role in a high-end environment working with a passionate and dedicated team. You will be able to learn from your peers, develop your skills and progress your career. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hardworking, have sound communication skills and a passion to exceed customer expectations every time.

To be successful in this role, you will bring,

• Experience with seasonal produce and be skilled in traditional and modern techniques, food provenance, quality produce and seasonality.
• Keen to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to co-ordinate busy meal periods smoothly.
• Drive and motivation to deliver exceptional service
