About the role

The Ezra group has expanded and we recently opened our latest restaurant Teddy, right next door to Ezra.

We are seeking a casual talented casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team with work available across both venues.

The Ezra Group includes Ezra, a 65 seat Middle Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in Potts Point/Kings Cross and Teddy, our new 70 seat Aussie bar & bistro (located right next door to Ezra).

About the role:

A great opportunity for an experienced casual Chef de Partie to join our team.

• $32/hr Mon-Fri, $38 Sat/Sun, $63 public holidays
• 2 mins from Kings Cross Station
• Flexible roster (but you’d need to be available to work during our opening hours which include weeknights and weekends)

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-quality restaurant environment
• A passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Strong knife skills and a keen eye for plating and presentation
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure
