Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a meaningful impact? Learning Steps Childcare and Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Educator to join our vibrant and growing team.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Educator, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Working within our supportive team, you will help shape young minds through engaging educational experiences and high-quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment.
• Creating and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.
• Observing and documenting children’s progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Ensuring compliance with all childcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a childcare or early learning environment.
• Strong understanding of child development and engaging learning activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for nurturing young children and supporting their growth.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
