Key Responsibilities:
- Needs-Based Selling: Use your sales expertise to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and confidently guide them to the right purchase, exceeding targets along the way.
- Customer Engagement: Manage enquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and in-person, providing product advice and solutions
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, conducting research and preparing quotations to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- CRM Management: Maintain the customer database, tracking interactions and opportunities to drive repeat business
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment where communication and teamwork are key
