ICS International Education & Migration are seeking an organised and confident Registered Migration Agent to join our staff on a full-time basis, offering expert guidance and personalised solutions based on the needs and circumstances of our clients.

Hybrid work is available - We're looking for independent, autonomous agents!

Duties & responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Stay updated on Australian migration laws and provide clients with timely legal updates
• Represent clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and appeal bodies
• Maintain professional confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Contribute to marketing efforts to grow the agency and attract new clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep your knowledgebase current
• Maintain accurate and secure client records
• Transparently address disputes, acting in clients' best interests and avoiding delays

Experience & qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience as a Registered Migration Agent
• Active and current OMARA registration
• Confident ability to process TSS, ENS, Family, GSM and ART visa applications
• Able to work independently as well as effectively with your colleagues
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with English as a second language
• Keen organisational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
