Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge with an international law firm? We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing and dynamic team in Melbourne’s CBD.
In this role, you will partner with the leadership team and legal groups to drive strategic HR initiatives, process improvements, and talent management strategies. You'll have the opportunity to build and implement key HR projects, making a real impact on the business’s growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to shape and execute HR strategy and initiatives;
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and retain top talent;
- Advise senior leadership on employee relations matters, providing sound guidance on conflict resolution and legal compliance;
- Implement performance management frameworks that promote continuous feedback, accountability, and growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative HR programs, ensuring they align with business goals and values;
- Act as a trusted advisor on organisational change and transformation, supporting business leaders through periods of growth;
- Provide data-driven insights on people metrics, using analytics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes; and
- Support talent acquisition strategy in partnership with internal teams to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, in a professional services environment;
- Strong background in stakeholder management;
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills; and
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
