Are you passionate about improving workplace well-being and driving impactful change? We're seeking a Principal Project Officer to lead the charge in developing, managing, and evolving the People at Work (PAW) program, a national initiative aimed at promoting psychological health in the workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and shape the future of the PAW program as part of the Psychological Health Unit.
• Manage systems and processes that help workplaces identify and tackle psychosocial risks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the ongoing development and effectiveness of the PAW platform.
• Analyze and communicate data insights to advance the body of knowledge on workplace mental health.
• Manage key projects, including contract procurement and providing expert advice on IT tools like PowerBI.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with experience in project management (PRINCE2 or similar methodologies preferred).
• Strong skills in research, data analysis, and effective communication.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• An individual with a passion for improving workplace mental health, with resilience to navigate challenging and confronting content.
