The Position
As the Leasing & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to the residents of a luxury residential apartment complex. You will be an upbeat "people person" who thrives on daily interactions with building residents and staff, and be highly efficient when it comes to organising and running events. The role will be varied, also incorporating aspects of Property Management, so we do require someone with experience in that field as well.
Some of the core tasks involved in the role include but aren't limited to:
- Work in collaboration with the Onsite Property Management team, ensuring regular communication
- Organise and attend all events organised for the Residents of the buiding, including morning and afternoon teas, wine & cheese nights, sip and paint etc, dinners and lunches at local restaurants etc.
- Plan and coordinate all events in alignment with the company budget allocated for such events, reporting to management on feedback and attendance
- Maintain forward planning and coordination with Suppliers
- Engage in regular communication with Fish Lane retailers for resident offerings for bookings and recommendations
- Ensure photos are taken at all events and memorable occasions within the building
- Keep content fresh and exciting for Residents
- Work with Management and Marketing for final presentation
- Serving as the central point of contact building Residents
- Collaborating with the Onsite Property Management team, responsible for end to end property leasing and lift management
- Liaise with the cleaning/caretaking/facilities team to maintain the building and amenities to the highest standard, and monitor the adherence to Body Corporate by-laws
- Assist residents with the booking and management of on-site amenities, including private dining/cellar/cinema/rooftop facilities and car rentals and resident services including mail and parcel delivery, dry cleaning etc.
- Provide communication to residents around any scheduled building maintenance and general works in common areas and facilities

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Come from a background in Real Estate/Property/Hotels/Events
- Ideally hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or be prepared to obtain one for the role
- Be immaculately presented and confident character
- Be very customer service focused and great with building relationships with people
