📋 Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA)
• Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
• Teacher’s Registration
• First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training

• Deep understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
• Ability to create individualized educational programs for children
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in observing and documenting children’s learning
• Collaborative approach with families and colleagues
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment

🏆 Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in Early Childhood Teaching
• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
• Familiarity with technology tools for documentation and communication
