We’re currently seeking a motivated, experienced Metal Fabricator to join our close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Fabrication: Execute cutting, welding, assembly, and occasional on-site installation work.
• Specialised Bending: Learn and perform tube & pipe bending techniques (training provided).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets exact project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team, sharing ideas and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance workmanship.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold a clean, organised, and compliant workshop.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience in metal fabrication—able to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong welding skills and proficiency in using fabrication tools (highly regarded).
• Willingness to learn advanced tube & pipe bending—a niche, in-demand skill set.
• A problem-solving mindset—we want someone who can adapt and think on their feet.
• Team Player: Friendly, communicative, and respectful of co-workers and leadership.
