About the Role

No two days are the same – each project brings fresh challenges. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC work alongside a dedicated team. Whether you’re a qualified tradesperson, an apprentice, or have relevant experience, we want someone who can contribute from day one!

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install sheet metal and pipe insulation for HVAC projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to project specifications.
• Work closely with site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Keep everything on track with accurate documentation and problem-solving.
• Ensure safety at all times – looking after tools and equipment is key.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re after people who are skilled, reliable, and ready to work:

• Qualification: Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication), Air-conditioning & Refrigeration, Plumbing, or similar. Apprenticeships or relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience: Solid experience with HVAC ducting, welding, and reading technical drawings.
• Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal, pipe cladding/insulation, and safety protocols.
• Compliance: OH&S White Card, valid Driver’s Licence, and First Aid cert (desirable).
• Attitude: Professional, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
