VIS GROUP PTY LTD is currently looking for Experienced Concrete Finisher/Civil Labourer.

We are an expanding company with a great team environment, based in Narre Warren with work across Southeast and Eastern Suburbs.

• Weekly Pay
• Overtime/Saturday work if wanted
• Paid Yard-Yard from Narre Warren
  

Successful candidates will require the following -

• Experience with concreting council assets e.g., Kerb, Crossovers, Footpaths and Pits

• Ability to work proactively as a member of the team, contribute fully to team decision-making and take responsibility for own role in ensuring the safety of all team members and other personnel on site

• Problem solving skills, including the ability to deliver the appropriate outcomes

• Sound interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people both within internal & external organizations and with the general public

• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment to improve processes, respond to various demands and manage multiple activities simultaneously

• Ability to use initiative and innovation in a range of tasks

Skills and Qualifications that would be an advantage but not necessary are:

• MR/HR License
• First Aid
• Excavator/Skid steer License
• Traffic Control Ticket
• Confined Space
• Spotters
