What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the flooring & blinds industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to identify customer needs
• A driven and proactive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving targets
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the flooring & blinds industry
