Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating skid steers in asphalt and construction environments, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer equipment for various tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and asphalt paving operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Work collaboratively with construction crews to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in other construction duties as needed, including site cleanup and material loading/unloading.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid MR driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven experience operating a skid steer, preferably in asphalt or construction settings.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of skid steer equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in the construction industry.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
