What You’ll Do:
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key business partners.
✔ Support account management efforts by tracking orders and coordinating with internal teams.
✔ Process orders accurately, ensuring seamless transactions.
✔ Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and fax.
✔ Educate dealers on promotions and product updates.
✔ Keep customers informed about pricing, inventory, and shipping details.
✔ Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Logistics.
✔ Process returns and issue credits when necessary.
✔ Generate reports and provide key insights to management.
