Katoomba Global Foods is a leading food wholesale company catering to the south Asian market with a wide range of ambient, chilled and dry goods. The company has been established for over 35 years and has grown rapidly for over the past few years. It is time to build on that growth and look to bring in talented individuals to the team.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to sales enquiries.
• Provide quotations and process customer orders.
• Managing CRM for the sales team (Pepperi)
• Managing walk-in customers
• Receive and respond to customer questions or concerns.
• Arrange and book transport for goods to be picked up.
• Liaise with the despatch team to ensure end-delivery expectations.

Skills & Experience required:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (ideally within the food industry).
• Excellent all-round communication skills (verbal & written).
• Advantage if you speak Hindi
• Fine attention to detail and accuracy in all functions.
• Computer literacy, including ‘Word’, ‘Excel’ and have knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good keyboard skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Aptitude for acquiring technical knowledge.
• Self-organised, with ability to undertake & manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills and team player.

Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. There is parking on site. Office is also 500meters from Flemington train Station.
