Job Description:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include, however, not limited to:

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
- Supporting clients with mobility aids and equipment, as well as assisting with physical exercises.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Helping clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implementing individualized care plans and goals, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and reporting on clients' progress and any changes in their condition.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent qualification) desirable.

- Current Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) - Required

- Driver's Licence - Required

- Current Police Check - Required

- Own a Car with a valid comprehensive car insurance - Required

- Working rights to work in Australia.
