Panasales is a dynamic privately owned Australian business, and exclusive distributor of Panasonic commercial and domestic air conditioners throughout NSW, ACT and QLD

Panasales is looking for a customer focused HVAC service technician with logical and technical fault finding skills to join our team of Air-conditioning specialists based at our A.C.T branch in Hume.

The position on offer:

• Providing a high level of customer service and repairs
• Repairing and supporting a range of products covering domestic and commercial applications.
• Commissioning and repairs to VRF systems
• Providing on site and over the phone support to Panasales large customer / contractor base
• Provide office based and field based training to contractors
• Providing support to internal sales staff

This role is based at our A.C.T branch located in Hume, and reports into the Service & Technical Manager. The service area is predominantly covering the greater A.C.T area (including surrounding NSW), however does include some travel and can cover regional areas of NSW.

The key requirements for this position are:

• Experience working as an air-conditioning repair technician
• Domestic and commercial experience preferred
• Holds a current ARCTick license
• Holds relevant HVAC trade qualifications and license
• A full drivers license

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion and a drive to provide high quality support to contractors and customers alike
• Good communication and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high attention to detail
• Logical and sound fault finding and problem-solving experience
• Double vaccinated for COVID-19
• Up to date flu vaccination
• The right to permanently work in Australia (no restrictions)

The position will be remunerated with above award rates and will be based on experience, the position is provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
