Responsibilities

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a HVAC Service Technician/ manager to join our team, operating throughout the ACT region. Duties will involve

• Have a strong understanding of all general HVAC in-home, installation, repairs and service calls;
• Providing excellent customer service
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems;
• Someone that wants to be apart of a growing team and teach the younger generation

Qualifications and what we are looking for:

• Licensed (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with ARC Licence) with knowledge of local HVAC requirements and ability to make on-the-job decisions;
• Prioritise delivering exemplary service and ensuring client contentment.
• Excel at diagnosing faults across multiple brands of heating and cooling systems
• Are punctual, reliable and thorough;
• Enjoys the challenge of working towards both individual and shared goals.
• Exhibit punctuality, reliability, and meticulousness in their work ethic.
• Bring prior experience in HVAC Services to the table.

Salary and benefits:

$45 - $55 per hour, depending on experience.
