About the role

A leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Junior Insurance Broker to join our team in Perth, WA. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing high-quality insurance solutions to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Assist senior brokers in providing tailored insurance advice and solutions to clients
• Conduct market research to identify the most suitable insurance products and providers
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to clients
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain detailed records of client accounts and policy information
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the brokerage

What we're looking for

• 3-4 years of experience as an insurance broker, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including the different products, providers, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in using insurance-related software and technology
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• A tertiary qualification in insurance, finance, or a related field would be highly regarded - 'Tier 2 as a minimum
