We are looking for a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service top-tier dental equipment. What You Will Be Doing

• Independently perform annual service and validation on sterilization equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair dental equipment with precision.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Accurately document service outcomes in our customer management system..
• Stay up to date with the latest dental technologies and advise customers on product features.
• Support the growth of our service and equipment sales department.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience or qualifications in Dental, Medical, Electrical, or HVAC Technical fields, or related industries.
• A problem-solver with great technical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers.
• A current Victorian driver’s license.
• Permanent residency in Australia.
