An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Tender Manager & Writer to join a reputable Tier-3 Commercial Builder. Supporting the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality bid submissions, and ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

As Tender Manager / Writer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing well-structured, high-quality tender submissions.
• Developing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and bid documents.
• Collaborating with leadership to identify new opportunities.
• Assisting in bid estimation and tender strategy.
• Managing tender administration, document control, and formatting.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in managing and writing commercial construction tenders.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in estimating (highly desirable).
• Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record in writing winning tenders.
