About the Role
Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator, International Sponsors to join our Global Relations team. This role is essential in managing international sponsor body relationships and ensuring Swinburne meets its contractual obligations to sponsoring agencies.
Reporting to the Manager, Global Relations, the coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Schools and administrative areas, as well as external agencies and government bodies. Responsibilities include managing sponsored student records, ensuring valid Financial Guarantees (FG) and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), monitoring academic performance, and maintaining comprehensive sponsor profiles.
The role also supports improvements in sponsor engagement and contributes to Swinburne’s international sponsored student strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in international education administration.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment and marketing of education services to international audiences
- Broad knowledge of Australian educational systems and frameworks, and of government policy regulating education exports and the international student experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication, cross-cultural and negotiation skills
- Ability to monitor, analyse and report on financial and marketing data, and to identify lead indicators and take necessary action

Qualifications
Completion of a degree with substantial experience in services or education marketing, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
