Are you a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Manager with a passion for heavy vehicles? Are you ready to take on a new challenge and lead a dedicated team to success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of mechanics, trade assistants, and other staff, ensuring that all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of workshop staff.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of a fleet of heavy vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Manage workshop budgets and resources.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager in the heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles and their components.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

On offer is a competitive salary of c. $160k - $180k base + vehicle and super.
