As an Employee Relations Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a range of HR and ER issues, with a strong focus on leading workplace investigations from an employee relations perspective. From planning and evidence collection to detailed reporting, you’ll handle sensitive and complex matters with professionalism and care.

Your role will also involve providing expert advice across a variety of employee relations issues, ensuring best practices and compliance with legislation. Additionally, you’ll manage cases such as non-work-related injury return-to-work processes striving for consistency and fairness across all processes.

  • Workplace Investigations -Leading investigations from an Employee Relations perspective, including planning, gathering evidence and delivering comprehensive findings.
  • Employee Relations Advice - Provide expert guidance on a wide range of Employee Relations matters ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
  • Case Management - Oversee non-work-related injury cases and abandonment of employment matters, ensuring adherence to organisational standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders, delivering expert Employee Relations advice.

  • Extensive experience leading complex workplace investigations with a focus on Employee Relations expertise.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, workplace legislation, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including HR teams and operational leaders.
