Club Manager – Snap Fitness Everton Park

About the Role
As the Club Manager of Snap Fitness Everton Park, you’ll take the lead as the welcoming face of our well-established club, proudly serving the community for over 10 years. Currently undergoing a major renovation, our club now features expanded spaces, brand-new equipment, upgraded bathrooms, and the added luxury of an our new wellness room with Infrared Sauna, compression boots, theraguns, etc... Your role will focus on delivering exceptional results, fostering community, and creating an outstanding member experience. From day one, you’ll ensure every member feels valued, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for a experienced, driven and personable individual with a passion for both sales and member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Community and Engagement: Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere where members feel at home. Lead by example, whether through social media interactions, member onboarding, or wellness check-ins.
• Sales and Growth: Drive lead generation, membership growth, and retention strategies. Your sales expertise will be essential in growing our club's success.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of personal trainers to deliver top-notch member experiences and hit club targets.
• Facility and Wellness Management: Oversee daily club operations

What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary + High Earning Potential: Enjoy a great base salary plus a performance-based incentive structure (up to $18,000 p.a.) that rewards you for your hard work and achievements. (Base salary determined by experience.)
• Core Club Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.30pm, Friday 9am -1pm (Saturday's when required)
• Modernised Facilities: Work in a newly renovated club with state-of-the-art amenities.

Candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness (cert 4 preferred)
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR (or higher)
• Police/working with children check/blue card (or willing to obtain)
• Fitness registration will be highly regarded.
