SSX Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at the Victorian Pride Centre, St Kilda. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about ensuring safety, upholding security protocols, and respecting the diverse environment and stakeholders within the VPC community-focused facility.

The Role

We have 1 x exclusive full time opportunity!! The role primarily includes exceptional customer service, site access control, screening people / vehicles / contractors, patrols, emergency response, additional paid training.

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
• Strong customer service focus
• Detailed and attentive security mindset
• Previous experience in security is preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high stress situations
• A commitment to the values of respect, inclusion, and professionalism
• Valid Victorian security officer license
• A winning attitude and determination to make a difference!
