Box Recruitment is excited to share this exclusive and rare opportunity to market for an experienced Contracts / Sales support administrator to join this successful and family-owned Building company based on the Metro line in South West Sydney.

This position is an exciting fusion of sales support and contracts administration where you will take ownership of being the bridge between sales, marketing and their clients. Working closely with the Director OR Leader OR Directorship and general manager of the business, you will play a vital role in the company.
The business encourages your constructive input and welcomes process improvement suggestions.
Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide crucial support to the sales team: Appointment setting, quoting, diary and meeting setup, documentation support and database management
- Minute taking and attending client meetings
- Manage and oversee pre-site requirements and approvals
- Organise and manage permits and submissions
- Manage customer communication with regards to the delivery of projects
- Internal file management and support
- Work from the office a minimum of 2 days – flexibility offered
About you:
- Well spoken, well-presented, articulate, confident and proactive
- Attention to detail and experience working in a similar construction or building position
- Take pride in your work and encourage accountability
- Confident with use of Cloud based software and Google/Microsoft office
- You love to optimise processes! We encourage you to come with a passion for improving processes and can articulate examples of process improvements
- Return to work mother or father encouraged to apply!
- Able to work from West Sydney office, preferably with own transport/vehicle to travel to and from sites at times
- DISC Profile - as part of the process, a DISC profile will be conducted to get an understanding of how best to work together and optimize the working relationship
