My client is seeking an experienced and hands on Head Chef or Sous Chef looking to step up and take the reigns of this locally loved pub in regional NSW. As the ideal candidate, you will have an understanding and some experience in the hotel/pub sector, and a focus on good quality pub food, multi-station skill set and passion to create and improve food offerings to draw in the local crowd.

To be successful:

• Relevant experience in quality pub environments
• At least 3 years within a similar role
• Proven ability to design, cost and implement innovative menus
• Strong interpersonal skills and presence
• Fantastic ability to communicate with all levels of guests, staff, management, suppliers
• Ability to work multi-station set up
• Comparable experience managing a small - medium sized brigade
• Financial kitchen management and reporting
