About the role

This role will join Keiki's Mindarie Primary School Three Plus service. Working closely with the Centre Coordinator within a small team of 3 educators this dedicated preschool is based on-site at Mindarie Primary School. The Room Leader is responsible for running the Preschool Program, assisting with centre communications and newsletters, liaising with families and working with external partners such as the school, P&C and community groups.

We are looking for an exceptional Room Leader who:

• Can be versatile and adaptable to the children's needs
• Can be creative in setting up activities and environments
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver quality learning stories to our families
• Has a thorough understanding of the planning cycle and is able to work closely with the Room Leaders to deliver a rich curriculum
