Luxe by Design is the importer and distributor for Shaws of Darwen Fireclay Sinks, Victoria + Albert baths and Shaws by Perrin & Rowe Tapware in Australia. Our business has been operating since 2000, specialising in fixtures and accessories for kitchens, laundries and bathrooms for the luxury market. Our Head Office and sole distribution centre is based in Brendale, on the Northside of Brisbane.

We supply products to retailers including Reece, Harvey Norman, Winning Appliances, E&S Trading and many boutique bathroom and kitchen stores across the country.

We pride ourselves on exceptional quality products for the luxury market, coupled with outstanding after sales service and support. Our dedicated team not only assists retail staff but also extends support to end consumers, designers, and installers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the selection and installation processes.

Your Day to Day

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering unbeatable customer service and supporting our sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring deliveries are well received, sales orders are processed, packed and dispatched in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
• Scheduling and organising the delivery of products.
• Actively participating in stock takes and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies in stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintaining accurate records in Unleashed Software (Stock Management Internal System)
• Working in a safe, organised, and systematic manner
• Unloading containers ensuring all goods received are in acceptable condition.
• General Warehouse maintenance and the regular purchasing of warehouse related goods.
• Periodically QA checking products to maintain a high quality standard.
• Continually implementing best practices in inventory management. (FIFO)
• Optimising warehouse layout, storage and workflow.

About You

• You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role.
• You have a forklift licence.
• You have a current driver's licence and the ability to drive a 4WD with a dual axle trailer.
• You have good self-control and can avoid using your mobile phone in the designated warehouse space during work hours.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are fit and strong - some of our products are heavy. (trolleys and assistance are provided to make a safe work environment)
• You possess high computer literacy and attention to detail.
• You are driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• You are a good communicator who always acts with integrity and compassion.
