Job Description

About the Role

Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000 p.a + Super

As the Executive Producer Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager/Executive Producer to keep operations smooth and communication seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules to keep the team on track.
  • Prepare and print essential documents for meetings and production days.
  • Keep scripts, research, and production documents in perfect order.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Operations Team as needed.
  • Attend and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support producers, executive producers, and talent with logistics and planning.
  • Secure footage and photos from third-party sources and manage the content library.
  • Travel to various locations to assist with field shoots.
  • Work with internal departments and third-party providers to create content.
  • Assist with all channel needs, from pre-production to 'On Air'.

Qualifications

About you

  • General knowledge in Live Broadcast systems and content delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud-based production and streaming platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Experience with project management tools desired
  • Demonstrated experience with video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut) is desired.
  • Availability to work on weekends and out of hours as required, including attendance at race meetings
