- Permanent position - $120,000 salary package

An urgent need has arisen to engage the services of an experienced ICT Leader. In this position you will lead a team of 7 across Infrastructure and Help Desk. The positions requires strong people skills and the ability to form strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Operations. Coordinate the operational availability, efficiency, security, and support the IT infrastructure within a hybrid ICT environment that includes a mixture of in-house and vendor managed services inclusive of server (virtual and physical), network (LAN/WAN/Microwave/VPN/Wi-Fi), unified communications and end user computing devices (Desktops/Laptops/Mobile Devices).
- Daily management of support queues including triage, problem resolution, and escalation of support requests.
- Manage processes relating to user access to systems including bi-annual access reviews.
- Continuous assessment and reporting of infrastructure monitoring to ensure SLAs are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Substantial experience in a senior Operations Manager role within a large and complex, multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading an ICT service desk, business applications and infrastructure teams operating within a structured ICT environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive equivalent experience at the same or similar level within a large, complex and rapidly changing organisation with specific focus on one or more of the key accountabilities (i.e. ICT management and ICT operations, etc.).
- Demonstrated strategic management and leadership skills in driving people, process and technology change in a dynamic and complex environment, particularly in the application of ICT service management and ICT operations best practice.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to deliver operations on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional internal and external client relationships including with vendors
- ITIL certification preferred or the ability to attain within 3 months.
