About Us:
Onemda is a non-profit organisation that has been supporting adults with intellectual disability for over 50 years. Our mission is to support adults with intellectual disability to live fulfilling lives through group learning programs, therapy and social connections using evidence-informed practices.
We are looking for a Part-Time (4 days per week) or Full Time People & Culture Coordinator whose primary focus is to deliver administrative support, review compliance obligations, provide leaders with advice and assist in leading P&C processes/initiatives.
Your role will mainly comprise of:
- Partner hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate the learning and development (L&D) strategy and calendar.
- Maintain HRIS and employment records as required to meet compliance obligations.
- Proactively advise on and support the operational delivery of all P&C processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Interpret and provide advice on policies, awards and agreements.
- Promote and provide active leadership for a safe working environment as well as support RTW arrangements.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor level qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting and advising on human resource activities across the employment lifecycle.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children's Check.
Desirable:
- Experience in a not-for-profit organisation
- AHRI accreditation
