The Role
This key role sits with the medical records and coding teams enjoying strong collaboration and support.
Your role is to support requests for the release of key information on health data to internal and external customers. This is done within the framework of key compliance, legislative and statutory requirements.
You will ensure database records are updated with requests and outcomes working with a range of internal health systems to access data, work closely with the quality and safety teams regarding specific requests, liaise with accounts, review workflow and processes to ensure best practice.
You will work autonomously across two hospital sites enjoying strong stakeholder relationships with both teams and participate in ongoing educational training offered as part of your professional development. Salary circa $115k and includes salary packaging options.

About You
You hold a current qualification in Health and have proven experience in performing medical records administration, ideally in a hospital setting. This provides you with a solid base line understanding of relevant regulations and legislation however, you are keen to learn also.
Possessing excellent communication skills both verbal and written, you build solid relationships at all levels and can work to deadlines ensuring strong outcomes. Systems savvy and able to pick up technology quickly, you deliver quality with each project ensuring all requirements have been met.
