In the role of Advisor (Stakeholder and Customer Management) you will contribute to the implementation, and then provide ongoing support, for projects and initiatives for the Customer Digital Identity Services branch.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engage with TMR branch leads and other stakeholders about customer support for projects, initiatives, and business as usual activities.
  • Develop (internal) and review (external) training materials, policies and procedures to ensure optimal operator and customer experience.
  • Triage enquiries and provide support to customers and staff (internal, SSQ and Whole of Government) about the Digital Licence app (QDW in the future) and Queensland Digital Identity.
  • Escalate (through incident management processes) systemic and emergent issues relating to the Digital licence app (QDW in the future) and Queensland Digital Identity.
  • Plan and prioritise daily work activities and monitor progress to meet deadlines, reporting on milestones, identifying issues and risks, and escalating where necessary.
  • Coordinate the use of the Consultation Manager system for the branch, conduct training, reporting and quality assurance.
  • Lead and contribute to individual and team tasks from a large program of work to achieve continuous improvement and customer focussed outcomes.
  • Utilise systems including TICA and the Transport Information Policy and Procedures System (TIPPS) to complete business as usual and project tasks.
  • Problem solve issues by gathering data, researching and interpreting information.
