
Data Analyst - Digital Marketing

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analytics, reporting, and deriving actionable insights that help drive overall efficiency. Providing analytics support for the eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and marketing teams. Commencing as soon as possible, this is a full-time contract role with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize intermediate SQL skills to simplify and streamline reporting.
- Leverage visualization tools such as PowerBI to help businesses and senior leaders understand the impact of found opportunities.
- Assist in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools).
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
- Collect and stitch together data across various platforms and sources to assemble a complete view of performance and standard reporting.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams and business collaborators.
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
- Develop and maintain technical user documentation.
- Translate business needs to technical specifications.
- Curate reports and perform data modeling.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- 3+ years in market research, business analytics, or related fields
- Experience in marketing/business intelligence environments
- Advanced DAX and SQL essential
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Power BI for reporting and presentations
- Familiarity with analytical software (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of tools for modernizing Power BI designs (e.g., Tabular Editor 3)
