Shifts: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday), 6am to 2pm, 7am to 3pm or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with some flexibility around start time)

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Senior Storeperson with previous experience in warehouse operations. MUST HAVE CURRENT FORKLIFT LICENCE . The successful candidate will assist the Supervisor and Warehouse Manager in organising the team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the management of team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and inventory counts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pick/Packer Storeperson or similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners
• Valid forklift license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work day shifts (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility around start time.
• Commitment to upholding health and safety standards at all times.
