About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our company in Narrandera NSW in a full-time position. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in supporting management and the PCR team in seamless operations across a multitude of administrative business functions.
Here is what will make you ideal for the role:
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Attention to detail, with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including phone, written and verbal skills
- Work autonomously with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Coordinate and support Assessing team to ensure smooth operations
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in using scheduling and project management software including Microsoft Office Suite.
Additionally, your creativity and organisational skills will shine as you help develop and implement procedures that enhance workplace efficiency as well If you’re ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to this role, we can’t wait to meet you!
Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in Business/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, SharePoint, and other relevant software
