What You'll Do

• Lead and expand the data function, covering product analytics, insights, data science, and business intelligence
• Develop and execute a scalable data strategy to support the company's continued growth
• Work cross-functionally with C-suite and senior leaders from non-tech backgrounds, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Use data to drive commercial outcomes and business impact
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and best practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing and scaling data teams in a fast-growth environment
• Strong expertise across data analytics, insights, data science, and business intelligence
• Ability to bridge the gap between data and business, working with non-technical senior leaders
• A track record of delivering commercial impact using data-driven strategies
• Experience in tech firms or high-growth, scaling businesses preferred
• Must be Sydney-based with full Australian working rights
