About the role

We are seeking driven and detail-orientated Picker / Packers to join our team at Spiro's Fresh in Rocklea, Queensland. As a Picker / Packer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders and ensuring the timely delivery of fresh produce to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our expanding organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately pick and pack a variety of fresh produce according to customer orders
• Ensure all products are handled with care to maintain freshness and quality
• Collaborate with the warehouse team., working together to efficiently process and dispatch orders
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Sunday - Thursday roster (3pm - 12am) + Every third Friday Night 4pm to 10pm

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a picker/packer role or similar position within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
