About the role

Are you a passionate barista and cafe all-rounder looking for a casual, part-time or full-time role in a vibrant hospitality environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at Grown', an independent cafe located in the heart of West End, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages to customers
• Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and organised work station and cafe environment
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support your colleagues
• Be able to work independently and in a team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista or cafe all-rounder, with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
